Basement-Back Unfinished Room

The basement of this unit is also very large and split into finished and unfinished sides.  There is plenty of room for storage and other uses in the back portion of the basement.  We chose to create our own little workout facility.

The washer and dryer both work well and are included in the sale of the unit

The furnace and water heater (right) are both covered as a part of the HOA fees

The deep freezer (left) can be negotiated into the sale of the unit
