Welcome to our home!  We have called this 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom (J Unit) Townhouse our home for more than a year and have loved every second of it.  Combined, we have lived in a total of four different places in Omaha including houses and apartments, and this is undoubtedly the best that we have come across.  If you do the math, you will quickly see that living in Village Green is by far the most cost-efficient way to find housing in Omaha.  It is a very friendly neighborhood that is a safe and an excellent place for a family.



It is a very clean and updated home and we have loved living here for a variety of reasons, but here are a couple:
  • Wildlife can frequently be seen throughout the townhouse community (deer, turkeys, etc) 
  • Close proximity to the Omaha Zoo and to Lauritzen Gardens (a FREE membership is included) 
  • Our end unit allows for more natural light, as well as less noise and a larger yard 
  • We have two parking spaces directly outside the back sliding door making parking very convenient, especially in the wintertime
  • The unit is very spacious (large bedrooms and bathroom compared to many other units)

Our unit has almost the same amount of square footage as most of the three bedroom units making the bedrooms in this unit very large as well as a much larger upstairs bathroom than any other type of unit.
